Dr. Peter Kowey, M.D.
Dr. Kowey is a professor at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research and the William Wikoff Smith chair in cardiovascular research and chief of the division of cardiovascular diseases at Main Line Health System. Dr. Kowey was named one of America’s top cardiologists in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013 and has served as an ad hoc consultant to over 160 pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Dr. Phil Newmark, Ph.D.
Dr. Newmark is a Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigator and professor of cell and developmental biology at the University of Illinois. Dr. Newmark’s research focuses on the role of stem cells in tissue regeneration and maintenance.
Dr. Judith Swain, M.D.
Dr. Swain is executive director of the Singapore Institute for Clinical Sciences, a former professor of medicine and chair of medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine and the former director of cardiovascular medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She has published extensively in the field of cardiology and holds several patents, including two patents for methods of increasing the energy metabolism of heart and skeletal muscle and one for a method of identifying patients at risk for heart failure.
